Heritage Springs is very close to Pakenham Bypass so it’s minutes away from Fountain Gate, Berwick and Cranbourne with easy access to Mornington Peninsula and only 35-40 minutes to Melbourne CBD.

Public transport runs a limited express train service from Pakenham Railway station (only a 1-2 minute drive away) to the Melbourne CBD.

With Pakenham railway station only a few minutes away, travel into the Melbourne CBD is an easy, relaxing journey. There are “Limited Express” trains scheduled in peak periods which means that you can travel even quicker in these times should you work in the CBD or on route.

A regular local bus service runs through the estate and connects to the railway station, Pakenham shops, schools etc.
